Thank you for using our Canteen Mangement System.

Due to any circumstances or if the child is leaving the school, you can apply for the refund.

Please submit an application along with the card in the canteen – submission of card is mandatory.


Once we receive your application and the card, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your application for refund.

After getting the approval we will initiate the refund process. The refund would be done within 7 days after getting approval in the same mode which is used during the process of registration / recharging. Please note the amount would be refunded after deducting the processing fee.
